Project Overview
ExcelHunters was approached by a client who was facing significant challenges in managing and analyzing their business data. The client, a fast-growing company, relied heavily on Google Looker Data Studio and spreadsheets to track key business metrics such as revenue, profit, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). However, this process involved manually gathering and consolidating data from various sources, including advertising platforms, CRMs, and payment processors. The manual nature of this process created inefficiencies, data silos, and delays in accessing actionable insights, which became increasingly unsustainable as the company scaled. With growing demands for real-time data and streamlined reporting, the client sought a more efficient solution to manage their data and make informed decisions at a faster pace.
Recognizing these challenges, ExcelHunters proposed the development of a comprehensive CEO Dashboard, a custom-built application designed to consolidate data from multiple platforms into a single, easy-to-use platform. The primary goal was to eliminate the need for manual data collection, reduce the risk of errors, and provide business leaders with real-time insights into critical business metrics. The solution was designed to be both user-friendly and highly customizable, allowing the client to track key metrics like sales, advertising performance, and customer engagement across multiple marketing channels. This would enable the client to make data-driven decisions more quickly and accurately, improving operational efficiency and driving growth.
ExcelHunters developed a powerful, all-in-one CEO Dashboard that integrates data from various sources, including Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Go High-Level CRM. The platform includes six core dashboards focused on critical business performance indicators. These dashboards cover areas such as sales, advertising funnels, lead management, and source breakdowns, providing a comprehensive view of the client’s business activities.
With these features, the solution has streamlined the client’s reporting processes, making it easier to track performance across various channels and business activities. The dashboard’s intuitive interface and real-time data import capabilities have eliminated the need for manual data consolidation, significantly reducing errors and delays.
The outcome has been a marked improvement in operational efficiency and decision-making speed.
